• Content: posts, captions, images, videos, and other content you upload to be published on connected social platforms.
• Communications: messages you send us via email or support channels.

b. Information from connected third-party platforms

When you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, or YouTube) via OAuth, we receive:

• Your public profile information (username, profile picture, account ID);
• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens, used solely to publish content on your behalf within the scopes you authorized;
• Basic analytics data related to your published content (where the platform allows it).

We never request or store the password of your third-party accounts.

c. Automatically collected information

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps;
• Cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• Publish and schedule content to your connected accounts as you instruct;
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support;
• Improve and secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. TikTok Data — Specific Disclosures

When you connect your TikTok account, we request the following scopes:

• user.info.basic — to display your TikTok profile in our dashboard;
• video.upload — to upload videos to your TikTok account;
• video.publish — to publish videos directly to your TikTok account on your behalf.

TikTok data is used only to operate the publishing features you have explicitly requested. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Service. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your Digitalis account or from your TikTok settings.

4. Sharing of Information

We share your information only:

• With the third-party platforms you have explicitly connected (e.g., TikTok), in order to publish content on your behalf;
• With service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality obligations;
• If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Digitalis, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

OAuth tokens for connected platforms are deleted immediately when you disconnect the corresponding account.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction or deletion of your data;
• Withdraw your consent at any time;
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Request data portability;
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
